Our story starts at the clinical site. For over 15 years, our team worked directly at clinical sites in Monterrey, alongside investigators, coordinators, and patients. We managed studies from the inside, dealt with the day-to-day challenges of trial execution, and learned firsthand what makes a clinical trial succeed — and what makes it fail.
That experience is not something you can learn from a manual. You learn it by being there. By sitting in investigator meetings, by troubleshooting enrollment problems at 8pm, by navigating COFEPRIS submissions when the clock is ticking. We did all of that. And we carried every lesson into the CRO we built.
